Drop-off: the workshop takes in the bike with the jobs and three photos, the customer gets the confirmation. Approval: the workshop sends photo and price for an extra job, the customer approves it with one tap. Done: the workshop marks the bike as ready, the customer sees price and pick-up time. Appointments: the customer books online, the appointment shows up in the workshop’s calendar.

Morning, before the first customer
You see what is coming in today: appointments, open orders, overnight inquiries. Who brings which bike and what needs doing.
A bike comes in
Find or create the customer, assign the bike, tap the services. Leasing bike? Flip the switch, the contract appears. Add a photo of the scratch so nobody asks later.
A bike goes out
Tap done. The receipt is generated, the email goes out, the service lands in the customer’s bike pass. Nothing retyped, nothing forgotten.
In between
Your shop is on the map and in the app — hours, images and what you do. Whoever looks for a bike in your area finds you, not the online shop.
Bikeley does not replace your inventory system and does not want to. It is the workshop and customer side next to it, and runs with your system or none at all. We are partners with Tridata: stock and articles arrive automatically every night. Other systems deliver too, or you upload the data sheet.
For workshops: booking, work orders, receipts, customer emails, leasing check, customer files, bike pass, profile on the map and in the app. No per-order fee, no matter how many bikes you do.
