What is Bikeley?
A cycling app from Mittenwald that brings together what is usually spread across five apps: your bike pass, workshops and shops near you, rides and bikes from specialist dealers.
What does Bikeley cost?
The app is free: bike pass, workshop search, rides and territory. Bikeley Plus adds extras, for example satellite and 3D maps, offline rides and your own heatmap.
Is the app available for iPhone and Android?
Yes, on the App Store and on Google Play.
Bike pass
What is the bike pass?
Your bike’s digital pass: frame number, spec, receipt and every service. At a specialist dealer it is set up at handover; otherwise you create it yourself in the app.
Do I need to have bought my bike from a partner?
No. You can add any bike yourself. If you buy from a partner, it is simply already in there.
What happens if my bike is stolen?
In two minutes the pass becomes a finished PDF for the police and your insurer, with frame number, spec and photos.
Who can see the data in my pass?
Only you. With the workshop code you show a workshop exactly what you release, and you can withdraw the code at any time.
Bike marketplace
How does the bike marketplace work?
Dealers list new and used bikes with prices, specs and photos. You compare and send your inquiry directly to the dealer – no middleman, no detour. Every bike comes with a bike pass from day one.
Can I buy bikes directly on Bikeley?
The purchase takes place directly between you and the dealer. Bikeley provides the platform and contact, but is not a contracting party.
Provider search
What providers can I find on Bikeley?
Workshops, bike shops, rental services, guides, bike parks and accommodations – all with public profiles, services, opening hours and direct contact.
How can I contact a provider?
Via the integrated inquiry feature on the provider page. You log in, write your message and the provider receives it directly in their dashboard.
Community
Is there a community on Bikeley?
Yes. With crews you plan rides with your people, route and pace included. Clubs and groups can also start their own community on Bikeley.
Bike jobs
Can I find bike jobs on Bikeley?
Yes. Bikeley has dedicated pages for jobs and apprenticeships in the cycling industry, with direct contact paths to employers.
For providers
Why do providers join Bikeley?
Because Bikeley works best together. Providers get a public profile, reach new customers through search and marketplace, and can receive inquiries directly.
